I would like to learn more about this subject !
Unfortunate, there is not a lot out there right now on the subject. I encourage you to read the excerpt from my book and if it resonates with you, I encourage you to read it. Men with all periods of sobriety are telling me how much they are getting out of it. There are other resources, too. There is a great meditation called “Touchstones: Meditations for Men” by Hazelden. A great way to start your day. I also encourage you to start talking to other men in recovery and ask them questions about being men and how they think that has changed for them since getting sober.
I am not sure if you got my reply but have been having some problems with the site. YES – you can buy the book at Barnes and Noble and Borders. Be well and sorry for the delay if you did not receive my first communication.
Good luck with your work!
Somehow I missed your comment. Thank you!
