***Helping Men Recover integrates theories of addiction, trauma, and male psychosocial development. Our trainings review the theory as well as provide guidance for the facilitator in teaching this unique material. The main focus of the training is on the interactive exercises drawn from the curriculum.***

*Half-Day with administrators, staff, and other invitees to outline framework for men’s treatment services and key issues for implementation.    

*The Two Day Training–has all the staff go through the curriculum as participants as they learn how to facilitate the program and discover areas of both professional and personal growth.

*The Three Day Training–provides an opportunity for staff to lead exercises from all 18 sessions, get feedback from their colleagues and the authors.

*Ongoing consultation during implementation

*Onsite debrief after first complete run of the curriculum

*Onsite Follow-up–3, 6, 9, and/or 12 month post implementation
