Through this multi-level program, professionals can choose to enter the certification process at the level that fits their clinical practice. There is a level for those only wishing to facilitate the curriculum and those that choose to take it a step further. HMR Certified Consultants, the highest level of certification, train and offer consultation to other clinical professionals. No matter the level an individual enters, the HMR Certification Program offers the clinical expertise to help men recover and change the way we think about treating men and trauma.
Individuals at this level will develop the following Core Competencies including but not limited to:

Recertification Process Level 1 Certified Facilitator:
8 hours CE of GRE approved training during the recertification period.(Contact GRE to ensure training falls under the approved requirements.)
Completion of 4 additional cycles of HMR curriculum with monthly consultation (one hour a month; remote or face to face) with assigned GRE Consultant.
Individuals at this level will develop the following Core Competencies including but not limited to:

Recertification Process Level 2 Certified Trainer:
15 hours of GRE approved CE training during the recertification period. (Contact GRE to ensure training falls under the approved requirements.)
Completion of 2 additional cycles of HMR curriculum with 20 total hours concurrent consultation with assigned GRE Consultant.
Revisit and renew contract with GRE.

In the event there is a lapse in credential, the individual has 2 years from the expiration date to recertify. Lapses beyond the 2 year grace period require re-application at the Level 2 credential including attainment of level 1 requirements.
